love and loss

well- today has sucked so far. actually starting last night around 9 it started to suck. got into a fight with my ex, and i didn't think we were being serious- we were both in feisty moods and i was just messing around- and he stated that he was too...but today...so far...well it seems he wasn't. there is a part of me that says "its over" and another part that says "he'll be back, he always does".  but i just don't know what to do- i'm so stressed out, tired, and now kind of depressed.  i just don't know what to do anymore...
